Software Technical Support & Maintanance

Three levels of support are available for WorldViz Software products: Standard, Silver and Gold, which are charged as a percentage of the commercial list price of the product per year:

Standard:
includes all minor and major version upgrades for term of support contract


exclusive access to the ticketed email support system, which is monitored by WorldViz software engineers; guaranteed answer within 24
requires remote assist via internet to the customer's site
Silver:

all of the above

direct phone access to WorldViz software engineers during normal business hours PST

remote assist via internet access requirement is waived

is required for royalty free distribution of commercial executables
Gold:
all of the above


direct phone access to a WorldViz engineer 24/7 (No charge during normal business hours PST/ 180 $US charges per hour outside of normal business hours PST apply)
