The STEM system, developed by Sixense, is a wireless, full-body motion and orientation tracking controller for virtual reality using an advanced electromagnetic tracking system. The underlying technology is the same as used in the successful Razer Hydra.
WorldViz has been working closely with Sixense and is pleased to announce that STEM is now fully compatible with Vizard 5, the newest release of our professional virtual reality development toolkit. Simply use the convenient drop-down menus in Vizconnect, and you’re up-and-running with your individual STEM VR system configuration.
