How does attention change when participants search an entire room? How do people remember object locations as they move through an environment? Meet WorldViz at the Marriott Marquis San Diego Marina to explore how immersive experiments can bring these questions into your psychology lab.
With SightLab VR Pro, cognitive and experimental psychologists can configure supported VR studies through a no-code interface and adapt virtual environments to their hypotheses. Manipulate task conditions, capture participant responses, and use eye tracking to examine the search and decision processes behind performance.
Our SightLab experiment templates provide concrete starting points: visual search tasks with search-time and gaze measures; spatial memory tasks with accuracy and navigation paths; and choice tasks with selection times and gaze behavior. Explore which paradigm fits your question, then customize the stimuli and conditions for your study.
Interactive replay, heatmaps, and scan paths help you inspect how participants approached the task. At your meeting, discuss the measures, hardware, and level of customization your protocol requires - from an initial pilot to a more specialized experimental setup.
See the workflow before we meet: watch how to build a VR experiment without coding.
